Milk Analyzer Calibration Software for EKO Ultra & Ultra Pro

Prepare milk analyser FAT and SNF calibration with EKO CALIBRATER. Choose EKO Ultra, EKO Ultra Pro or DPS mode, enter reference milk sample values and calculate calibration coefficients.

Enter reference FAT and SNF values for cow and buffalo milk samples. Use the available 2-sample or 3-sample calibration workflow and review the calculated coefficients before writing calibration data.

Calculate calibration results and prepare a firmware HEX file using the tools available for your selected mode. Check your milk analyzer model, firmware and connection requirements before writing any file or data.

How to prepare for EKO milk calibration

Use this checklist before starting an EKO Ultra, EKO Ultra Pro or DPS calibration workflow.

  1. Confirm the analyzer and workflow

Record your exact analyzer model, firmware version and connection requirements. EKO Bond and iBond calibration are supported alongside the existing Ultra, Ultra Pro and DPS workflows. Use the matching workflow for your instrument; ask support if the required mode or connection is unclear.

  2. Prepare reference FAT and SNF values

Have the reference FAT and SNF values ready for the cow or buffalo milk samples required by your selected 2-sample or 3-sample workflow. Follow the analyzer instructions for sample preparation and enter the reference values carefully.

  3. Review the calibration results

Review the entered sample readings and calculated coefficients before using the available HEX or writing tools. Confirm the file and workflow match your analyzer, and keep a backup of its current calibration using the appropriate procedure.
